Events and activities

Before the Flag Parade, all participants will gather for the Pre-Flag. For a few hours, the meeting point will turn into a festival-style space to meet and hang out, designed to let you feel the atmosphere of the event from the moment you arrive.

The Pre-Flag will not simply be a meeting point, but a real experience: a large international space where different cultures begin to meet, mix and tell their stories through colours, music and people.

More than 1,000 students will set off together through the streets of Rome, creating a colourful, festive procession across the city centre.

Music will accompany the procession along the whole route, turning the parade into an engaging experience not only for those taking part, but also for everyone who comes across this river of colours in the heart of Rome.

Every participant will be able to represent their own identity, their story and their country of origin. This is where the individual side of Erasmus becomes something collective: thousands of different stories and cultures walking the streets of the same city together for a few hours, in one big travelling celebration.
